The engagement

What is Dewx?+

An AI-native GTM agency, operated by me - Roki. I install an AI team on your business (outreach, follow-up, booking, CRM, reporting), train it on your voice and your offer, and run it for you. AI does the volume; I own the strategy and the relationship. You get pipeline without hiring a team. GTM is the first lane I install; once that loop is stable, the same system takes on the other operating lanes - inbox, support, finance admin, and builds.

Who actually does the work - you or the AI?+

Both, deliberately. The AI agents do the work no human should be doing at volume: research, drafting, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, scheduling. I review the work, make the judgment calls, and stay personally accountable for results. You always know there's one human responsible: me.

Will anything go out in my name without approval?+

Nothing new ever goes out ungated. Routine patterns can run pre-approved, but only after you decide to trust that loop - and outbound to new contacts, invoices, refunds, and public content always wait for you. There's a full audit trail of everything sent. Real decisions get held for you; everything else just gets handled.

What does a normal month look like?+

Prospects researched and contacted in your voice, replies qualified and answered, meetings booked into your calendar with prep briefs, your CRM kept clean, and a weekly report that says what happened and what I changed. You spend your time on the calls, not on getting them. That's the GTM lane, the first one I run. As other lanes go live, the same weekly rhythm covers your inbox, support queue, and invoice follow-up.

Is it really just you?+

Me plus an AI team I run - that's why I only take a few clients at a time. And the install lives in your accounts and your tools: the playbooks, the data, and the pipeline are yours whatever happens. If you ever walk away, you keep what we built.

How is this different from hiring a normal agency?+

A traditional agency staffs your account with juniors and bills you for hours. I run an AI system that does the volume work with founder-level context, and you talk directly to the person responsible - there's no account manager between us. It also compounds: the system learns your voice, your objections, and your winning patterns every week, and at the end you own the playbooks.

What does it cost?+

$15K setup, then $4K/month, six-month minimum. The setup covers the install: connecting your channels, building your ICP and playbooks, and training the AI team on your voice. The monthly covers running it - me plus the AI team, working your pipeline every week.

What happens after the six months?+

You keep what we built - the playbooks, the trained system, the pipeline, and the data are yours. The system is built to compound, so continuing month to month is the natural path - but there's no lock-in after the minimum. We talk at month five and decide together.

How fast do I see results?+

The install takes the first couple of weeks; outreach starts as soon as your channels are warm. Realistically: first qualified conversations within the first month, meaningful pipeline by month two or three. I won't promise a number before I've seen your offer and your market - that's exactly what the fit call is for.

Pricing & terms

What do I pay?+

The core operated account is $15,000 setup + $4,000 per month, with a six-month minimum. Your first six months are $39,000 total before any unusual custom build or third-party tool costs.

What's in the $15K setup?+

It starts with the 3-hour operator interview. Then the install: I map your business and offer into playbooks, connect the real tools (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp - whatever fits your market), set up the Dewx workspace and DewLink/Mac operating layer where needed, build the client brain, define approval rules, train the AI team on your voice from your real writing, and launch the first operating lane with the first campaigns built and reviewed with you.

What does the $4K/month cover?+

I run the weekly operating loop with the AI team: research, outreach, and follow-up in your voice; replies qualified and answered; meetings booked with prep briefs; CRM and pipeline kept clean; inbox and support triage; invoice reminders; and a weekly report with what happened and what changes next. Me plus the AI team, every week - not a tool subscription you have to drive yourself.

Why the six-month minimum?+

Because a real operating install needs context, account access, examples, review cycles, and enough repetitions to stabilize judgment. Voice training, channel warm-up, and message-market fit each take weeks, not days - anyone selling pipeline in 30 days is guessing. Six months is the honest window in which the system pays for itself or we both learn it won't.

Do I need to log in and operate Dewx myself?+

No. Dewx is the system I use to run the account. You can inspect the workspace, but the client interface is chat, approvals, and the weekly report.

What do I own at the end?+

Everything the engagement produced: the playbooks, the trained system, your CRM data, the conversation history, and the pipeline. None of it is held hostage. If you walk at month six, you walk with the asset.

What happens after six months?+

You keep the setup: playbooks, memory, logs, workflows, and the operating map. From there you can keep me on retainer, move to a lighter support model, or take the system with you. The relationship is designed to compound, not lock you in blindly.

How does this compare to hiring an SDR or an agency?+

One decent SDR costs $60-90K a year plus management, ramps for months, and leaves with the knowledge. A specialised lead-gen agency runs $3-10K/month for one channel run by juniors. This is $39K for the first six months ($63K across year one) for a multi-channel system with founder-level judgment on every send - and you own the playbooks afterward.

Is there a guarantee?+

I don't promise a meeting count before seeing your offer - anyone who does is lying to you. What I do promise: full transparency (you see every message, every reply, every metric, weekly), and a straight answer at the fit call if I don't think your offer or market fits this system. I'd rather turn you away than run a bad engagement. And the 14-day fit window: agreed install delivered by day 14 or the setup is refunded.

Can I just buy the software?+

No. Dewx is the system I use to run your account - it isn't sold as a product. If software is genuinely all you want, say that on the fit call and I'll tell you honestly whether we're the wrong fit.

How does billing work?+

Setup is invoiced at kickoff, the monthly on the first of each month. Card or bank transfer through Stripe; standard invoices for your books. No usage meters, no per-seat fees, no surprise line items.

What is not included?+

Ad spend, third-party software bills, paid data providers, regulated compliance work, and bespoke product builds are separate. If your account needs unusual local-only or regulated infrastructure, we scope it before kickoff.

What do you need from me?+

The 3-hour operator interview up front - your offer, your best customers, samples of your real writing for voice training - then roughly 30 minutes a week: approving held decisions and telling me what changed in your business. If you can't give it that, this won't work and I'll say so on the call.

Still have questions?

Ask me on the fit call - 30 minutes, no pitch deck, honest answer on fit.
