Pricing questions
What does Dewx replace?+
The scattered stack most founders run: CRM, outreach, marketing, support, invoicing, finance, plus a contractor or two stitching them together. Combined cost is typically $500–$5,000/mo. Dewx is $99/mo for the whole AI Employee Control Plane, plus $9.99 per external account you connect.
What's the difference between SaaS and Agency?+
SaaS ($99/mo) is self-serve: you sign up, connect your tools, and train your AI employees yourself. Agency ($10K setup + $2K/mo, 6-month minimum) is for founders who'd rather have us install Dewx, train the AI employees on your voice, and run operations for six months while you focus on what you actually want to do.
What does the $9.99 connector charge cover?+
Each external account you connect — a Gmail inbox, a WhatsApp number, a LinkedIn profile, a Telegram account, an Instagram handle. Flat $9.99/mo across all plans. No bundling. You pay for what you actually plug in.
Can I cancel anytime?+
On SaaS, yes — month-to-month, no contracts. On Agency, the six-month commitment is binding (we structure it that way because real install + training takes that long). At the end of six months you own everything and can drop to SaaS, continue month-to-month, or walk.
Do you work with any AI model?+
Yes. Dewx is model-agnostic — Claude, GPT, Gemini, or local models. We default to whatever you already pay for and switch by task: cheap models for bulk, premium models for high-stakes work.
What is Greenfield?+
