Which Salesforce editions does Dewx support?
Dewx integrates with all Salesforce editions including Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited. Some features like custom object sync require Professional edition or above.
Can I sync custom Salesforce objects?
Yes. Dewx supports syncing custom Salesforce objects alongside standard objects. During setup, you select which custom objects to include and map their fields to Dewx.
How does conflict resolution work?
Dewx uses timestamp-based conflict resolution by default. The most recently modified record wins. You can override this per object type, choosing Salesforce-wins or Dewx-wins strategies.
Is data encrypted during sync?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Dewx is SOC 2 Type II compliant and follows Salesforce security best practices.
Can I use Salesforce Flows with Dewx data?
Absolutely. Since Dewx writes data back to Salesforce, any existing Salesforce Flows, Process Builder automations, or Apex triggers will fire on synced records just as they would on manually created ones.
