How does the HubSpot sync work with Dewx?

Dewx connects to HubSpot via OAuth and uses the HubSpot API to sync contacts, deals, and activities bidirectionally. Changes in either system are reflected within minutes, or instantly if you enable webhook-based sync.

Will syncing overwrite my existing HubSpot data?

No. Dewx uses smart conflict resolution. You choose which system takes priority for each field. By default, the most recently updated record wins, but you can configure this per property.

Can I sync custom HubSpot properties?

Yes. During the field mapping step, you can map any custom HubSpot property to a Dewx field. This includes custom deal properties, contact properties, and company properties.

Does Dewx support HubSpot workflows and sequences?

Dewx syncs the data that HubSpot workflows act on. When a workflow updates a contact or deal in HubSpot, that change syncs to Dewx. You can also trigger Dewx automations based on HubSpot data changes.

Is the HubSpot free tier supported?

Yes. Dewx integrates with all HubSpot plans including the free CRM. Some advanced features like custom properties and workflow triggers require HubSpot Starter or above.
