  1. 1. Map the operating loop
    We document how the business actually runs: clients, offers, tone, follow-ups, invoices, support, and the decisions only you should make.
  2. 2. Set up the private Mac mini
    A dedicated Mac environment runs DewLink and the authorized apps. It becomes the always-on bridge between your tools and Roki's AI operators.
  3. 3. Connect DewLink locally
    DewLink links Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calendar, Messages, CRM, and the Dewx web app through one private connection on that machine, with send actions approval-gated.
  4. 4. Build the client brain
    With permission, I load approved folders, docs, playbooks, past work, offers, and customer context so the agents understand how your company thinks.
  5. 5. Run it from the control room
    Roki directs the agents in Dewx, the work happens in the real tools, and you get a weekly report plus approval packets.
