How do I access the new Instagram DM integration?
Instagram DM integration is available to all users on Growth plans and above. Go to Settings → Integrations → Instagram and follow the OAuth connection flow. You'll need an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
Are these updates included in my existing subscription?
Yes. All feature updates and improvements are automatically included in your existing Dewx subscription. No additional charges for new features.
When will the API access beta be available?
API access beta is launching in February 2026 for Scale plan users. If you're interested in early access, contact support@dewx.com with your use case.
