Pricing

One price. I run the whole system.

Dewx is not a dashboard you buy and babysit. I install the private operating layer, run it with the AI team, and bring you approvals, exceptions, and the weekly report.

The math

Cheaper than hiring the team to run the stack.

The price is not for software access. It is for the operating relationship: me, the AI team, the private system, and the weekly accountability loop.

Senior operator or chief of staff$8K-$18K/mo
Sales ops, follow-up, CRM hygiene$2K-$8K/mo
Support lead and inbox coverage$2K-$7K/mo
Finance admin, invoices, reminders$1K-$5K/mo
Automation specialist and tool upkeep$2K-$10K/mo
The software stack they all babysita few hundred to a few thousand a month
Dewx, all of it$5,000/mo

One operator, one system, one weekly report - not another tool to manage.

What you buy

A run-for-you operating account. Not a seat license.

The base account is intentionally narrow at first: install the system, stabilize the first operating lane, then expand only after the approval loop is working.

Core account

I run the weekly loop.

FAQ

Pricing questions

What do I pay?+

$5,000 per month for six months, $30,000 in total, billed monthly. No setup fee and no lump sum. It begins with a $2,500 two-week discovery, credited in full against the build if you go ahead, before any third-party tool costs.

What's in the first two weeks?+

It starts with the 3-hour operator interview. Then the install, with no separate setup fee: I map your business and offer into playbooks, connect the real tools (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp - whatever fits your market), set up the Dewx workspace and DewLink/Mac operating layer where needed, build the client brain, define approval rules, train the AI team on your voice from your real writing, and launch the first operating lane with the first campaigns built and reviewed with you.

What does the $5,000/month cover?+

I run the weekly operating loop with the AI team: research, outreach, and follow-up in your voice; replies reviewed and answered; relationship-qualified opportunities separated from noise; calls prepared only when they are worth your time; CRM and pipeline kept clean; inbox and support triage; invoice reminders; website/software operating gaps surfaced; and a weekly report with what happened and what changes next. Me plus the AI team, every week - not a tool subscription you have to drive yourself.

Why six months?+

Because a real operating install needs context, account access, examples, review cycles, and enough repetitions to stabilize judgment. Voice training, channel warm-up, and message-market fit each take weeks, not days - anyone selling pipeline in 30 days is guessing. Three months is the honest window in which the system starts paying for itself or we both learn it won't.

Do I need to log in and operate Dewx myself?+

No. Dewx is the system I use to run the account. You can inspect the workspace, but the client interface is chat, approvals, and the weekly report.

What do I own at the end?+

Everything the engagement produced: the playbooks, the trained system, your CRM data, the conversation history, and the pipeline. None of it is held hostage. If you walk at month six, you walk with the asset.

What happens after the six months?+

It is yours, documented and running, and we step out. If you want us to keep operating it, that is $2,000 a month and it is a renewal, never a lock-in. Most of the value of the fixed term is that it ends on a date you can see from the start.

What are we really choosing between?+

Three things, honestly. Hiring two senior people, which is roughly $300,000 a year plus three months of recruiting and the risk they leave. An agency that staffs juniors and bills hours. Or leaving it as it is, where the business keeps working because you are personally in it. We are worth it when the third option has started to cost you real money, and we are the wrong choice if you enjoy running it yourself.

What if it does not work?+

The two-week discovery is the answer to that, not a guarantee. It is paid, it produces the plan and the first working thing, and if it stops there it stops at $2,500 and you keep what was built. We would rather find out in two weeks than in six months.

How does this compare to hiring an SDR or an agency?+

A mid-level engineer costs $120-150K a year fully loaded, takes three months to hire, and leaves with the knowledge. This is half that, for six months, and at the end the system is documented, handed over and yours. You are not buying a person, you are buying the thing the person would have built.

What can you actually promise?+

I don't promise a meeting count before seeing your offer - anyone who does is guessing. What I do promise: full transparency (you see every message, every reply, every metric, weekly), and a straight answer in the fit conversation if I don't think your offer or market fits this system. I'd rather turn you away than run a bad engagement. The agreed install is live in 48 hours, you own every playbook and workflow I build, and at month six the system is documented, handed over and yours - so you are never locked into a system you can't see or keep.

Can I just buy the software?+

No. Dewx is the system I use to run your account - it isn't sold as a product. If software or a website is genuinely all you want, say that in the fit conversation and I'll tell you honestly whether we're the wrong fit or whether it belongs inside a broader operating engagement.

How does billing work?+

The $2,500 discovery is invoiced at the start, then $5,000 monthly for six months. No lump sum. Card or bank transfer through Stripe; standard invoices for your books. No setup fee, no usage meters, no per-seat fees, no surprise line items.

What is not included?+

Ad spend, third-party software bills, paid data providers, regulated compliance work, and bespoke product builds are separate. If your account needs unusual local-only or regulated infrastructure, we scope it before kickoff.

What do you need from me?+

The 3-hour operator interview up front - your offer, your best customers, samples of your real writing for voice training - then roughly 30 minutes a week: approving held decisions and telling me what changed in your business. If you can't give it that, this won't work and I'll say so on the call.

Next step

Start with fit, not a checkout page.

I need to understand your tools, approval owner, first operating lane, and where the business is leaking time before I take payment.

30 minutes, with me, no pitch deck. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the call.
