Who actually does the work - you or the AI?

Both, deliberately. The AI agents do the work no human should be doing at volume: research, drafting, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, scheduling. I review the work, make the judgment calls, and stay personally accountable for results. You always know there's one human responsible: me.

Question 3

Will anything go out in my name without approval?

Accepted Answer

Nothing new ever goes out ungated. Routine patterns can run pre-approved, but only after you decide to trust that loop - and outbound to new contacts, invoices, refunds, and public content always wait for you. There's a full audit trail of everything sent. Real decisions get held for you; everything else just gets handled.

What does a normal month look like?

The right people researched, approached in your voice, and nurtured with context; replies reviewed from the buyer's side; real opportunities separated from noise; your CRM kept clean; and a weekly report that says what happened, what we learned, and what changed. Calls happen when the relationship and need justify them, not because I am trying to fill your calendar. That's the GTM lane, the first one I run. As other lanes go live, the same weekly rhythm covers your inbox, support queue, website, software gaps, and invoice follow-up.

Is it really just you?

How is this different from hiring a normal agency?

A traditional agency staffs your account with juniors and bills you for hours. I run an AI system that does the volume work with founder-level context, and you talk directly to the person responsible - there's no account manager between us. It also compounds: the system learns your voice, your objections, and your winning patterns every week, and at the end you own the playbooks.

$4,000 a month, no setup fee, with a three-month minimum. You begin with 50% of the term upfront, then monthly from there. The monthly covers the install in the first two weeks and running it after - me plus the AI team, handling the weekly operating loop. No big upfront fee, and you own every playbook and workflow we build.

What happens after the three months?

You keep what we built - the playbooks, the trained system, the workflows, the data, and the operating history are yours. The system is built to compound, so continuing month to month is the natural path - but there's no lock-in after the three-month minimum. We talk before the minimum is up and decide together.

How fast do I see results?

Accepted Answer

The install takes the first couple of weeks. If GTM is the first lane, outreach starts as soon as your channels are warm: first useful conversations can appear within the first month, with meaningful relationship-qualified opportunities usually by month two or three. Other lanes show value differently - fewer stuck decisions, faster replies, cleaner reporting, better buyer trust, and less admin coming back to you. I won't promise a number before I've seen your offer and your market - that's exactly what the fit conversation is for.
