Four things, and they are usually one job. Go-to-market: a named account list, researched and scored, with every message approved by you before it sends. Software development: the bookings, intake, delivery and admin your business currently runs on a spreadsheet. AI implementation: your own method answering, teaching and qualifying in your voice. Websites: a site that answers, qualifies and books rather than one that describes you. Most engagements start with one and grow into another.

How does it actually work?

It starts with a two-week paid discovery, $2,500, credited in full against the build. We map what you know and what you repeat, and the first working thing goes live inside it. After that, one working thing ships every week for six months, in the tools you already use. At month six it is documented, handed over and yours.

What does it cost?

$5,000 a month for six months, $30,000 in total, billed monthly, no setup fee and no lump sum. It begins with the $2,500 two-week discovery, credited in full. After handover, $2,000 a month is optional if you want us to keep running it. We take four clients at a time.

Who does the work, you or the AI?

Accepted Answer

Roki takes the first call himself and stays in the engagement. The systems we build do the volume work: research, drafting, follow-up, scheduling, admin. A person decides what matters and reviews what goes out. There is no handoff to junior staff, which is why the ceiling is four clients.

What if it does not work?

Accepted Answer

The two-week discovery exists for exactly that. It is paid, it produces the plan and the first working thing, and if it stops there it stops at $2,500 and you keep what was built. We would rather find out in two weeks than in six months, and so would you.

How long until we see something?

Accepted Answer

The first working thing goes live inside the two-week discovery, and one ships every week after that. The cadence is the offer. If a week passes without something you can look at and use, something has gone wrong and you will hear it from us first.

Question 8

What happens to our data and our accounts?

Accepted Answer

Everything is built in your accounts and your tools, so the data stays where it already lives. You hold the keys, we work inside them, and access is removed at handover unless you keep us on. Our security note has the detail.

Question 9

Will anything go out in my name without approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing new goes out unseen. Once you have watched a loop run and decide to trust it, routine patterns can run pre-approved, and anything new, anything outbound to a new person, and anything touching money always waits for you.

What do we own at the end?

Accepted Answer

All of it. The systems, the code, the accounts, the data, the documentation and the operating history are yours at month six, running and written down. That is the point of a fixed six-month term instead of an open retainer.
