Import a CSV of the people you want to reach

Already have a list? Import it as a CSV file. Exports from tools like Evaboot, PhantomBuster or HeyReach go in as they are, and every row goes through the same checks as a search.

What it does

  • Name and company is enough

    Each row needs the person's name and company. A profile link and a country help us match them.

  • Exports as they are

    A Sales Navigator export from Evaboot, PhantomBuster or HeyReach can be imported without editing the columns.

  • Reasons, not silence

    Anyone kept out is listed with the reason, so you can see what happened to every row.

  • The same checks

    No one is added twice, and people on your Do not contact list are never contacted.

How to set it up

  1. Export or prepare your file

    Use the CSV your tool gives you, or make one with a name and company per row.

  2. Choose Import CSV

    On the Leads page, choose Import CSV and pick the file.

  3. Check what came in

    See who was added and who was kept out, with the reason for each.

Good to know

The limits, stated up front.

  • For now a CSV adds people in the United States only. Anyone else is kept out, with the reason shown.
  • When a row has no country we are sure of, we check their LinkedIn profile first.
  • Up to 1,000 new people a month, counted from the first of the month.

  • Which columns do I need?

    The person's name and company. A LinkedIn profile link and a country make the match more certain.

  • Why was someone left out?

    Each person left out is shown with the reason: outside the United States for now, already in your list, or on your Do not contact list.

  • Can I import people from outside the United States?

    Not by CSV yet. A LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search link can include other countries.
