Team Collaboration Features
Shared Team Inbox
Multiple team members can now access the same inbox with clear ownership and collaboration tools.

- See all conversations in unified view

How to set up:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Invite team members by email
- Configure inbox access permissions
- Enable conversation assignment
Internal Notes
Add notes to conversations that only your team can see.
Use cases:
- Context for team members taking over
- Research notes about the contact
- Reminders for future conversations
- Documentation of decisions made
How to use: Click the "Add Note" button in any conversation to add an internal note. Notes are visible to all team members but never to the contact.
Collision Detection
See when another team member is viewing or responding to the same conversation.
How it works:
- Avatar appears when someone is viewing
- "Typing" indicator when they're drafting
- Warning if you both respond simultaneously
- Automatic conflict resolution if needed

How do I get started with quick replies?
Quick replies are accessible by typing "/" in any message field. You can create custom templates in Settings → Quick Replies. Templates support variables like {contact.name} and {company.name} that auto-fill based on your CRM data.
Will existing data be affected by this update?
No. All updates are backward compatible. Your existing conversations, contacts, and CRM data remain intact. Performance improvements apply automatically without requiring any action on your part.
