I'll ask about your business - what's eating your time, what tools you run, where the bottlenecks are. You ask whatever you want about the install.
An honest answer on fit
I turn away clients I can't serve well. If the agency isn't right for you, I'll say so - and tell you honestly whether a scoped custom build (the Greenfield lane on the pricing page), a referral, or simply waiting is the better call.
If it's a yes, kickoff in two weeks
I'll confirm the install order, share a short intake form, and schedule the 3-hour operator interview. Install runs across days 1-7; your first approval loop lands by day 14.
