Paste your own HeyReach API key, see what will come over before anything moves, then import. Your running, paused and draft campaigns, their people and your conversations arrive in Dewx, and nobody HeyReach already contacted hears from you twice.

What it does

  • A preview first

    Before you import, Dewx shows what will come over and what will not. The preview only reads from HeyReach.

  • Campaigns, paused

    Running, paused and draft campaigns come over with their steps, newest first, up to your workspace's campaign limit. They arrive paused, so nothing goes out until you start them.

  • Conversations and history

    Conversations and their messages come over. People HeyReach already contacted are held, and Dewx leaves them alone.

  • Never-contact entries

    The entries on your campaigns' exclude lists are added to your never-contact list.

How to set it up

  1. Copy your HeyReach API key

    From your own HeyReach workspace.

  2. Paste it and preview

    At the foot of the Accounts page in Dewx, paste the key and see what will come over.

  3. Import

    Start the import. You can leave the page; it keeps going.

  4. Reconnect your LinkedIn accounts

    Connect each account in Dewx. The sign-in must be the same LinkedIn profile you used in HeyReach.

Good to know

The limits, stated up front.

  • Only the last 4 characters of your key are ever shown. The key is removed when the import ends, when you press Remove, or after 7 days.
  • Dewx never writes anything to your HeyReach workspace.
  • People outside the countries Dewx works in, people on your never-contact or stop list, and people another Dewx customer is already in touch with are left out, and the report says so.
  • New people over this month's limit of 1,000 wait for next month.
  • HeyReach's own numbers are shown as theirs, labelled from before Dewx. They are never counted as Dewx results.

  • Does the import change anything in HeyReach?

    No. Dewx only reads from HeyReach. Your HeyReach workspace stays as it was.

  • Will people get a second first message?

    No. People HeyReach already contacted are held in Dewx and left alone.

  • Can I run the import again later?

    Yes. A second run picks up what is new and adds nothing twice.

  • Do I need to keep paying for HeyReach?

    That is between you and HeyReach. Once your accounts are connected in Dewx, the import does not need HeyReach any more.
