What You'll Do
This is a hybrid creative + operations role. You'll wear multiple hats and learn fast.
Creative Content & Design
Create compelling marketing content, social media posts, graphics, and video scripts that tell our story.
Calendar & Project Management
Keep the founder and team organized. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure projects stay on track.
Communication & Correspondence
Draft emails, handle inquiries, and manage professional communication with clients and partners.
Research & Strategy
Research competitors, identify trends, and help develop strategies for product and marketing.
Team Coordination
Be the connective tissue for our distributed team. Facilitate collaboration and information flow.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has strong English skills and a creative mindset.
English Proficiency RequiredMust Have
This role requires professional-level English (both written and spoken). You will communicate with international clients, write marketing content in English, and participate in English-language meetings.

This is an on-site position based at Sentul Tower, Bogor, Indonesia. Free accommodation is provided as part of the package.
What level of English is required?
