How does the AI auto-reply work?
DewBot uses LLM models (Claude, GPT, or Groq) to generate contextual replies. You configure a confidence threshold per channel. If the AI confidence exceeds your threshold, it replies automatically. You can set business hours, custom prompts, and exclude specific contacts from auto-reply.
What is conversation intelligence?
