A color palette generator is a tool that creates harmonious color combinations based on color theory principles. It takes a base color and generates complementary, analogous, triadic, or other color schemes that work well together for design projects, websites, branding, and more.

Complementary colors are opposite on the color wheel (180° apart). Analogous colors are adjacent (30° apart). Triadic uses three colors evenly spaced (120° apart). Split-complementary uses the base color plus two colors adjacent to its complement. Monochromatic uses variations of a single hue with different saturation and lightness.
